Imagine life as a game in which you are juggling some five balls in the air. You name them – Work – Family – Health – Friends – Spirit, and you’re keeping all of these in the air.

You will soon understand that work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back. But the other four balls — family, health, friends and spirit are made of glass. If you drop one of these, they will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged or even shattered.

They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for balance in your life. How?

When something goes wrong, what do you say?

How do you apologize to a customer?

When your company makes an error, or a customer is in some way offended, and an apology is in order, all kinds of options are available. Most of which only make a bad situation worse.

How do you respond when something goes wrong? How does your customer service department respond when something goes wrong? I am amazed at the billions of dollars spent on customer service training, only to breed pathetic responses that further alienates, and deepens the wound that bleeds from the wallet of, a customer.

When it’s your turn to apologize for your customer’s perceived error, company wrong doing, or misdeed, here are the options:

No, I am not a fansub-er. I am just anime lover who like to leech ‘a ready to watch’ anime from fansubs. The problem is I really like to leech just to see anime. No, I hate to see live video streaming because the quality not so good, and not collectible. Yeah, I like to collect good anime so I can watch and play later over and over again. And this habits make my new Seagate 250GB SATA harddrive is full and also filling my office harddrive (that suppose to be used for work-related files). I was thinking to buy another 500GB or 1TB SATA drive as now cheaper and affordable by me. But after thinking hard, I decide to postpone that new harddrive and delete some boring and/or uncollectible animes. And those anime are:

Doa Sehari hari

Waktu itu gw komen di blog temen gw ttg Doa Harian, klo daftar doa yang ada disitu ditulis pake huruf latin yang bisa menyebabkan salah arti jikalau salah tulis / baca, sehingga lebih baik klo tulisan arab nya pun dicantumkan. Nah akhirnya gw ketemu juga kertas yang berisi daftar Doa Harian yang ada tulisan arabnya. Memang tidak se-komplit daftarnya Andry, tapi ya.. it almost cover all (untuk usia dibawah <10 tahun I think)
